Healthy Protocol
The organization (Ashram and GEM Yoga) will follow a healthy protocol and provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment. Participants have to come without serious health problems or complaints (physical and mental). Be safe, be healthy and be happy.

About the weekend retreat 
Enjoy a special and relaxing Yoga weekend in the Loenen forest and rest at the ashram Sada Shiva Dham. Yoga asanas with adjustment, pranayama, meditation, Qi gong, barefoot walking, relaxation... Guided by Yiwen and guest teacher(s). We will start on Friday evening with a light dinner around 18:00 and a gentle evening Yoga practice at 20:00. We will finish on Sunday afternoon around 15:00.

Program Highlight

Every pose is an invitation for a functional movement with the body. Every body is different. Alignment is personal, not rigid.

Alternative therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Self care and massage to release tension and stimulate Qi in balance.

Breathe... Observe the mind fluctuations.

A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

Ancient art of moving meditation - cultivate healing energy Qi. 

Down to Mother Earth. Barefoot is an invitation, not an obligation.

As a surprising element of every retreat, there will be a (different) guest teacher or musician. She or he will guide/give a special session.


Mainly two-persons rooms. Besides, there are also limited single room, three-persons room, four-persons room and six-persons dorm room (all single beds in all rooms). Please indicate your preference of the room in the registeration form. First come/book, first serve. Most participants will stay in the two-persons room. Any special request? please let us know. Your spot is secured after we have received the full payment.
